I am an IT manager and systems analyst with more than twenty years of experience in IT support, administration and web development. Today I lead IT at B-KELANA International, an accredited audit and accounting firm, where I design and build the internal platforms that run the firm’s archive, operations and people processes.

Alongside my career I serve the Kiyovu Sports club as Treasurer and Administration Assistant, and I lead alumni and cultural organizations. I combine software skills with policy writing, financial discipline and clear communication, and I use AI tools every day to work faster and document better.

Developed the Archive and IT Infrastructure Policy.
Developed a Leave Management System, now in daily use.
Developed an Operations Management System that tracks daily activities and work progress (a fork of LaraCollab).
Developed COPS, the company operations platform that digitizes the Archive and IT Infrastructure Policy: staff request support online as tracked cases, files are controlled from upload to archive, and access and assets are managed in one place. COPS is evolving into an ERP with HR, Payroll, Procurement, Leave and further modules.

Stabilized the club, moving it from chaotic to professional financial management.
Focal actor of the institutional reform: wrote the new Constitution, drafted the Internal Rules and Regulations and various manuals, protocols and policies, and developed a 10-year strategic plan.
Boosted communication: developed and maintains the website with regular articles, publishes the newsletter “NKUNDA KIYOVU SC”, created the organization profile magazine and keeps emailing consistent and punctual.

Community leadership

President, PSSV AlumniCurrent

Collected the names of all alumni colleagues who perished in the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and had them engraved in marble.
Rehabilitated the PSSV memorial site of the Genocide against the Tutsi.
Increased the capacity of the PSSV chapel by more than 100 seats.
Led the celebration of the 50-year jubilee of PSSV.

President, Choeur International et Ensemble Instrumental de Kigali

Vice champions of the African Choral and Gospel Championship (ACGC) 2023, a continental competition with musicians from across Africa.
